The Hellwig Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar # HE92RR installs with the end links behind the axle with a mounting bracket right by the spare tire. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-130 installs with the end links in front of the axle. I personally wouldn't want anything else in the way near the spare tire and with the # RM-1129-130 being slightly thicker I'd have to recommend Roadmaster for your Ram.

Based on the information I could find on your 2022 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 cab and chassis it appears to come with a 1-1/2" rear sway bar. A weight distribution hitch is not required for towing any trailer but they do make it safer. I personally have never liked the round bar style hitches like Husky makes and always recommend units like the Fastway e2 # FA92-00-0800 since it uses a straight bar. These do not hang down a low as the round bar systems so they will not drag going over speed bumps or when you hit pot holes.

Hey Jason, so unfortunately we do not carry a sway control bracket that is made for a 2-1/2" hitch. For that the only option would be to use a Weld-On Sway Control Tab # C45822 and have one attached to your current ball mount.

I am going to recommend using the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA92-00-0600 for towing your 2,300lb travel trailer. This is a reliable system that has stood the test of time and works with trailers up to 6,000lbs with 250-600lbs of tongue weight. Tongue weight is going to be the loaded tongue weight of your trailer plus the weight of any cargo stored behind your rear axle. You don't want to get caught up in changes to the weight on your axles with the trailer attached. Once you find this you will be able to select the correct weight distribution hitch. Also, you need to make sure that the hitch on your motorhome is rated for use with a weight distribution system.
